He was born in 1985 in Muğla, Turkey.

He completed his primary education in Milas Sakarya Elementary School and in Milas Merkez Secondary School, respectively.

He graduated then from Bursa Cumhuriyet High School, which is a foreign language intensive high school.

He went to Ukraine in 2004 for university education.

He successfully completed his undergraduate education in 2009 at the Kiev National Tarasa Shevshenko University, Faculty of International Relations, International Economic Relations.

Mr. Güler currently does his master’s degree in the field of Management of Business Administration (MBA) at Istanbul Bahcesehir University.

He has received various trainings in project management and contract management at Istanbul Technical University and has been awarded certificates for these trainings.

In 2007 he got a start in business with TAGO Architects, the company of famous Japanese architect Tatsuya YAMAMOTO, while he was only a second-year student at university.

He has always been proud of getting started his business life with Yamamato, who unexpectedly passed away in 2010 and brought innumerable architectural works in Turkey and the world. Besides, he has always admitted that he learned a lot from him about Japanese ethical business mentality and discipline.

In 2009, he started to work as General Coordinator in the family company Emg Construction (formerly Narem CBM), where he took on task in the company's operations in Georgia.

Since 2013, he has been serving as the General Manager of the company.

Emin Melih GULER also serves as a board member and vice chairman of the leading construction companies in the Caucasus and Russia.
